About Us.

 

I have been carrying out all types of property maintenance and property repairs at different types of property throughout the UK for over 28 years. 

During this time I have gained experience from working with local authorities such as West Sussex County Council, East Hampshire District Council and Waverley Borough Council, regional house builders such as Charles Church, Clarke Homes and two of the UK's largest home improvements companies, Anglian Windows and Everest Ltd.

Together with my partner we established Elpiem Ltd in 2008 to serve the private sector and now undertake all types of property maintenance and home improvements. Property repairs, conservatory repairs, painting & decorating, double glazing and conservatories, also handyman service, self clean glass coating as well as offering a full external house and conservatory valeting service.
