" Elpiem were asked to carry out gutter cleaning, removal of moss from the roof edge and virginia creeper vegetation from the walls of the house. They provided an estimate which was the most competitive locally. they turned up to start on the date and at the time agreed.
Once the job started they discovered additional work was required to complete the job properly to bring the guttering back to full working order. They finished the job, including the additional work, ahead of schedule, all under the original estimate and, took away all of the rubbish and debris from the job.
We were delighted with the level of customer service, cost, tidiness and, in particular, that Elpiem have an obvious level of experience to carry out work properly without having to return to remedy mistakes.
We would unreservedly recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right first time and at a fair and reasonable price."
